- Don’t miss out on this fun event for the Oak Shores community!  Not only will you be able to interact with friends and neighbors, but you’ll be giving back as well!  All the proceeds will go to the Recreation Committee so they can continue to better the community with great events and a desirable atmosphere.

The BBQ will consist of Tri-tip and hot dogs accompanied by beans, salad and bread.  Of course the highlight will be the baked goods that will be available to purchase.  To purchase dinner tickets ahead of time ($15 for Adults; $5 for Children under 10), please call Janice at 472-9404 or Shari at 472-2855.

This is the last big weekend of the summer, so you won’t want to miss out on the food and live music by the famous Dave Rae!

As summer comes to a close on Lake Nacimiento, you may be thinking about your next steps.  While you have enjoyed living or vacationing on this beautiful lake, extenuating circumstances are causing you to sell your Oak Shores or Heritage Ranch home.  This can be a tough time as you’ve come to love the Lake Nacimiento lifestyle and your home, yet aside from your emotional connection; you may also be wondering how your Lake Nacimiento home will fare on today’s real estate market.

3.  Do price your home correctly from the start- Pricing your home correctly can be one of the hardest parts of selling your home.  You’ve invested time, energy and money into your home and so you put great value on your home.  It’s important to remember that pricing your home correctly has little to do with your feelings and everything to do with the current real estate market.  Your Lake Nacimiento Real Estate agent will be able to provide you with comparable homes on the market and what they’re selling for to help you determine a fair listing price for your home.

4. Lohr wine and Firestone beer. Proceeds from the beverage sales benefit the REC Foundation, a nonprofit organization that has contributed to enhancing our parks and recreational opportunities since 2000. - Paso Robles Classic Car Show Weekend will feature three days filled with classic car excitement. The entire weekend is free and open to spectators and enthusiasts alike! July 2012 California Foreclosure Sales were up 10.4 percent over last month, while still down 41.7 percent vs. July 2011. California Notice of Defaults were basically flat showing an increase of 1.4 percent vs. June 2011, and a 12.3 percent increase vs. July 2011. It is normal to see monthly fluctuations in both directions on a month-to-month basis, thus it is critical to look at the monthly trends over time to get a clear picture of the Foreclosure marketplace.
